Dine with a lake view: regional and delicious
Sustainability is greatly important to us at our restaurant Seeblick. We are also passionate about using products that are regionally produced. With us, you are guaranteed to enjoy a regional, fresh, and truly delicious dish as you dine with a lake view.
Where does it come from?
The yoghurt and quark come from the Wiesenhoff dairy farm in Schöppingen, a half-hour drive away. The tasty cold cuts at breakfast are from Selle butcher’s shop, just under four kilometres from the Seeblick. Our selection of cheese is from Milchhof Oskamp in Laer, and the fresh eggs are from Geflügelhof Biermann in Ochtrup, ten minutes away. Thanks to the Sasse distillery in Schöppingen, we can offer you our “radically regional cocktails” with NJU Korn liquor from the region.
Homemade with love
We attach great importance to quality. And we know that homemade food always tastes best. This belief is highlighted by our home-smoked trout and the large selection of cakes in the afternoon. Chef Josef bakes delicious cakes and tarts for you. So help yourself; you will taste the difference!
